Systematic Structure of a Scientific Paper |

1. |
The structure of a scientific paper shall consist of at least a title, abstract, introduction, theories and methods, analysis and discussion, conclusion and recommendations, and list of references. |
|
2. |
The title shall comprehensively, clearly, and briefly reflect the content of the scientific paper in no more than 20 words. |
|
3. |
The abstract shall be the gist of the scientific paper and cover the issue, objective, methods, findings, and conclusion written in a paragraph of 100-200 words in both Indonesian and English. |
|
4. |
Keywords shall contain important concepts in the paper expressed in a maximum of 5 terms, in both Indonesian and English. |
|
5. |
Introduction shall contain the background of the issue, the reason for selecting the article that shows the problem as a difference between a concept or theory and reality, the problem statement, and the objectives and benefits of the paper. |
|
6. |
Theories and methods shall contain the theoretical framework relevant to addressing the problem statement, paper outline, writing goals and targets (population and sample), data collection techniques, and analysis techniques. |
|
7. |
Analysis shall consist of a clear presentation of the issue analyzed, aligned with the writing objectives and presented in chapters and subchapters. |
|
8. |
Conclusion and recommendations shall comprise the conclusion of the paper, which serves as a solution to the issue discussed based on the findings of the research, literature review, or observation and discussion; and recommendations, which consist of concrete statements about further actions that must be taken for knowledge development in the studied field and practical recommendations related to the application of that knowledge. |

List of References is the list of resources cited or used in the paper, listed in alphabetical order. |
|
10. |
Figures, tables, and formulas shall be presented with titles, numbers, and captions and cited in the text. Data in figures and tables shall be processed data. The inclusion of excessively long tables or images shall be avoided. Figures, tables, and formulas are referred to or cited by their numbers. |

Guidelines for Writing a Scientific Paper |

1. |
Scientific papers must be writings in the field of translation and linguistics produced from research, conceptual ideas, theoretical reviews and applications, or literature reviews. |
|
2. |
Scientific papers may take the form of scientific articles, practitioner research, thesis/ dissertation summaries, or book reviews. |
|
3. |
Scientific papers must be original works that have not been published previously in any other print/electronic media. |
|
4. |
Scientific papers must not contain any elements of plagiarism. |
|
5. |
Scientific papers may be written in Indonesian or English. |
|
6. |
Scientific papers written in Indonesian must adhere to the Enhanced Indonesian Spelling (Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia Yang Disempurnakan). |
|
7. |
Names and titles, positions/professions, institutions/affiliations, email addresses, and institutional addresses of the authors must be written clearly and completely. |
|
8. |
The titles of scientific papers, chapters, and subchapters must be written in bold and capital letters in 14 pt font. |
|
9. |
The number of pages must be between 10 and 30, including the abstract and references, with all pages numbered, including references and appendices. |
|
10. |
Scientific papers must be typed on A4-sized paper using the Bookman Old Style font, size 12, with 1.5 line spacing and margins of 3 cm from the left edge, 3 cm from the right edge, 2.5 cm from the top edge, and 3 cm from the bottom edge. |

Guidelines for Submitting a Scientific Paper |

1. |
The Author must register on the Journal of Translation web page to create his/her account. |
|
2. |
The Author shall submit his/her scientific paper manuscript through the Journal of Translation web page. |
|
3. |
The Author will receive confirmation that his/her paper manuscript has been received by the Editorial Team and he/she will be allowed to monitor the progress of the selection, Peer Review, editing, and publishing processes through his/her account. |
